Masala Bread
Bread - 2 loaf
onions -7-8
Ginger,Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
Tomatoes - 6
Green Chillies - 8
Sambar Powder - 3 tsp
Salt - 4 tbsp

Seasoning materials:
Black Gram Dhal - 2tbsp
Bengal Gram Dhal - 4 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Broken Cashewnuts - 2 tbsp
Coriander and curry leaves - 2 tbsp

1.First cut the breads into square pieces.
2.Heat the oil add seasoning materials and ginger garlic paste.
3.Add onion,chillies and tomatoes and fry it till the moisture is absorbed. 4.Then add salt,sambar powder and mix well and ass bread pieces.
5.Stir till all is mixed well.
6.Now our dish is ready garnish with Coriander and curry leaves.
Bread Salad
Bread pieces : 2 cups
Walnut : ½ cup
Potato ( cut into same size pieces ) : 1 cup
Beans ( cut into small pieces and boiled ) : 1 cup
Vinegar : 2 tbsp
Sugar : 2 tbsp
Salt : as needed
Worchestire sauce : ¼ tsp
Cream : ½ cup

Cut bread into same size pieces. Add a little butter and fry in a pan till golden. Fry potato pieces also till golden. Mix vinegar, sugar, salt, sauce, cream in a cup and stir well. Mix bread, potato, beans, stir well and serve immediately.
Open Face Berger
1 pound Frozen hamburger patties
1 medium Onion-thinly sliced
1 medium Green bell pepper- sliced
8 ounces Fresh mushrooms-sliced
4 slices Sandwich bread-toasted
4 slices Swiss cheese
Sour cream

1.In a pan, cook the hamburger patties over medium heat for 10-12 minutes until well cooked.
2.In another pan, add the onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, saute until tender.
3.Place 1 slice of Swiss cheese on top of each hamburger patty and place hamburgers on top of bread.
4.Top burgers with the vegetables, and add a dollop of sour cream.
Peach Bread Pudding
1 lb brioche, cut into 1" cubes
3 oz butter
3 cups peaches, peeled, poached and drained
2 cups cut into 1/2 dice, 1 cup pureed
6 eggs
6 oz sugar
1 1/2 pt milk
2 ea vanilla beans, cut in half
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup sugar
1 qt heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar

Cut brioche into 1" cubes, drizzle with melted butter and toss well to coat. Place on a baking sheet and bake in oven at 350 degrees until lightly toasted. Allow to cool. Combine eggs, sugar and milk. Cut vanilla beans in half and scrape with a knife. Add seeds to mix and whisk vigorously for two minutes. In a bowl, combine toasted brioche and custard. Add diced peaches and peach puree. Generously butter individual soufflé dishes and dust with granulated sugar. Fill individual soufflé dishes with peach bread pudding mixture. Generously sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Allow to rest for 10 minutes. Remove individual puddings by inverting. If they should stick, run a knife around the edge. Plate and serve with lightly sweetened whipped cream and fresh berries.
Bread Hariyali
1. 5-6 slices - bread
2. 1/2 bunch - coriander leaves
3. 1/2 bunch - mint
4. 3 tbsp - oil
5. 1 - onion
6. 1 - tomato
7. cumin powder
8. 1 - green chilly
9. 2 flakes - garlic
10. a small piece ginger
11. salt to taste

1. Grind coriander,mint & tomatoes together
2. Grind ginger & garlic together
3. Cut bread slices into small squares.
4. Heat oil in a pan
5. Fry onion till golden brown.
6. Add ginger garlic paste & saute till the
7. Raw smell goes away.
8. Now add the ground green paste and again saute till raw goes away.
9. Now add small squares of bread.
10. Mix well. This goes well with tomato sauce.
